One Bedroom

We are a dog and cat friendly community. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment. All pets must be spayed or neutered and registered with the management office prior to move-in. A refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $25 per cat or $50 per dog. Residents with pets must maintain renter’s insurance and provide proof of coverage at move-in. Dogs must weigh no more than 40 lbs. Breed restrictions may apply.
